A leader in award-winning custom homes, KB has built a relationship with new and old home buyers for generations. The key to that trust is their superior customer service and product offerings. But their current platform was disjointed and analogue—this often created gaps in their efficiency. We proposed a platform that would unify their disparate systems and create a streamlined experience from browsing, designing, securing financing and move-in.

A personalized dashboard for the buyer that has modules designed to help new homebuyers see a transparent visualization of their finances, their saved homes, helpful articles/links as well as connecting them to their personal KB Sales Counselor.

Explore KB Home’s extensive catalogues of styles, finishes and materials and allow customers to pin what they like. Customers can also write specific notes to each pin and these are aggregated and sent over to their KB Stylist to review.
